I have been privileged to get to know the talented artist whose works
are available on this website under the name Herodotus. I had admired his work
for years, and more than any other erotic artist,
he inspired me to create my stories.
I was humbled when Herodotus gifted me his entire archive –– literally hundreds

creating my own illustrations. If savvy readers have noted that some of my subsequent illustrations bear similarities in style and composition to those done by Herodotus in years past,
you are not mistaken. By examining his complex digital files, I also have begun to learn some of his techniques and methods, and incorporated them into my own original work.
