Summoned by the Police commissioner’s infamous Bat signal, The Dark Knight and Boy Wonder arrived at an abandoned waterfront warehouse.  Having anticipated their arrival, the Joker had more than an ample supply of his burly henchmen there to confront the duo. Outnumbering the two heroes, the Joker’s men separated the younger boy from his mentor and subdued him with a quick acting drug.  Before Batman could respond, the boy was loaded into an armored van and whisked away.  Suddenly the Dark Night was alone in an empty room to contemplate what this all meant.
