Talon was amazed and deliriously happy as he watched his smug master finger out his own hole. He looked at the old man. “I will serve you with joy!” He laughed as he took the wizard’s hand with his gloved one as if to kiss it. Before the magical creature knew it, Talon had seized the ring from the former’s fingertips and gotten it onto the finger of his other ungloved hand. He then quickly shoved a blade he had carried hidden in his flowing sleeve into the aged creature thus, killing him instantly. Without wasting time he went to Rator who was now coming out of his trance.
